I HATED working out…
I used to hate working out. It didn’t make sense back then - forego immediate pleasure, i.e. lounging on my couch and eating Fruity Pebbles, to put in work towards a result that I might achieve in the future?
It seemed unfair, uncomfortable, and unappealing. Now, 13 years later, my entire life revolves around fitness. I have become obsessed.
What changed?
I have experienced the endless benefits that good health can offer.

Fitness Background
I earned my doctorate in physical therapy from Duke University in May 2022. I have been studying health and nutrition principles for eight years and have read well over 100 books on the subject.
For over six years, I have been a certified personal trainer and have worked with a wide range of clients, from young teens to older adults. In that time, I’ve been lucky enough to help people around the world lose fat, gain muscle, and achieve their dream bodies.
I have also had the opportunity to learn a great deal from some of the country’s best strength coaches and physical therapists.
