How To Finally Lose Fat in the New Year
I almost didn’t publish this.
On Christmas Eve, I deleted 75% of the book you’re about to read.
I was on a plane, telling myself I’d crank it out before landing. Check the box. Feel productive. Clear some mental clutter.
So I did what any slightly burned-out overachiever might do:
I reused old paragraphs
Let AI rewrite a few sections
Took shortcuts
And hoped it would somehow come together
The result? Hot garbage. It didn’t sound like me. It wasn’t cohesive. And it wasn’t going to help anyone.
And that’s when it hit me - This is exactly how most people approach fat loss.
They rush the process, grab random advice, and stack tactics without a plan. They try to outsmart the hard part and hope it magically works and sticks.
And just like my first draft? It ends up confusing, directionless, and ineffective.
So I hit reset.
And I did it the right way - early mornings, focused effort, clear thinking. No fluff. No gimmicks. Just steady, intentional work.
It’s a real framework that helps you:

• eat without obsession
• train efficiently
• and actually follow through
Why I Wrote It
I’ve been a coach for 8 years and went to school for 7 to earn the “Doctor” title. And I’ve spent my entire adult life trying to figure out one thing: How to help people close the gap between wanting change, and actually making it happen.
Most people want to look better, feel better, and stop worrying about their health slipping away.
But they’re stuck!
